Sika® Florseal WB

Excellent moisture retention produces a durable concrete surface through optimum curing.

Sika® Florseal WB 25 passes the adhesion requirements of ASTM C1315 Type 1, Class A standard that evaluates the compatibility of the sealer with common adhesives. Specifically, ceramic tile adhesives to the requirements of specification ANSI A136.1-1992 and vinyl tile adhesion to the Resilient Floor Covering Institute specification ADH-1.
Meets the requirements of CFIA and USDA for use in food plants.

SINGLE-USE WET CURING BLANKETS FOR DOT AND PERVIOUS APPLICATIONS

Absorbs and distributes water evenly over the entire concrete surface.
Maintains 100 % relative humidity on the slab for a minimum of 14 days.
Reduction of material, labour, re-wetting time, storage, and transportation costs that are involved when using traditional wet cure methods.
Increases concrete strength and durability.
Reduces permeability of concrete, cracking, crazing, dusting, and efflorescence.

Sika® EmeriCrete® Topping

HEAVY-DUTY, NATURAL EMERY AGGREGATE TOPPING

Sika® EmeriCrete® Topping is premixed and ready-to-use.
Selective sourcing, crushing and grading of premium grade high aluminium oxide (Al₂O₃) and iron oxide (Fe₂O₃) content emery mineral, produces superior aggregates that are pre-mix in factory with other ingredients to ensure a consistent high quality material of screedable consistency.
Superior abrasion and impact resistance provides years of service life under the harshest conditions.
High surface density improves resistance to oil, grease and liquid penetration.
Non-rusting materials make it suitable for interior or exterior applications and wet service areas.
Intense heat resistance - maximum 290 °C (554 °F).
Can be finished with a surface texture to provide increased traction.

Sika® Film

Eliminates addition of water or sprinkling surface of low slump concrete to assist finishing.
Prevents or reduces plastic shrinkage cracking.
Restricts crusting of concrete during elevated temperatures and high winds.
Provides extended opportunity for finisher to work before concrete starts to set.
Aids in finishing little or no bleed water concrete, including microsilica and air-free
mixes.

Sika® Rugasol® S

HORIZONTAL SURFACE CONCRETE RETARDANT

Chemically delays surface mortar setting to allow time for easy removal of retarded mortar
3 mm (1/8 in) uniform penetration over surface of entire placement
Aggregate is exposed without being undercut and loosened
Provides high shear resistance and is less costly than chipping, scarifying, hammering, sandblasting or green-cutting
Surface mortar setting is not “killed”, but merely retarded
